Weekend Relaxer #28
There is not much of a story to go along with the beer today. I finally acquired some black foamboard and I wanted to practice my flash work thanks to a webinar I attended a day prior to this shot. I did have to make use of my new Kidrobot figures as well! What can I say; I have fun with what I do ;)
The Founders Imperial Stout is one of the more complex beers to hit my pallet as of late. The beer starts with chocolate and roasted malts teasing the tongue. This soon subsides to subtle coffee and hops flavors. What catches me by surprise is the sweetness that sneaks in and adds a nice balance to everything. I found these flavors changed and intensified as the bottle warmed up slightly. If you get a chance, give this brew a shot!
